These two residence halls are each four-stories. Building A is 130,662 square feet with 182 rooms each with double occupancy, private bathroom, wireless internet, individual temperature controls and card-reader locks. There are eight Resident Assistant beds and ten ADA rooms for a total of 382 beds. Also included is a two-bedroom apartment for the Resident Director. Building B is 130,678 square feet and features the same number of beds and features as Building A. Each floor offers a lobby, kitchen, study areas and laundry facilities. The primary exterior materials are masonry with glass-fiber reinforced concrete.
